Slime Mutations
Mutations are rare modifiers that multiply your slime's ATK and change its appearance. Learn how they work and how they stack.
Big
Big slimes are 100x rarer than base slimes and are useful early collector upgrades.
Huge
Huge slimes are 1,000x rarer and can dramatically change a slime tier ranking.
Shiny
Shiny slimes are 250x rarer and add valuable special visuals.
Inverted
Inverted slimes are 2,500x rarer and represent endgame collector targets.
How Mutation Stacking Works
In Slime RNG, it is possible for a single slime to roll with multiple mutations simultaneously. This is the ultimate goal for endgame players, as the stat multipliers stack multiplicatively.
Example: The "Huge Shiny" Stack
If you roll a slime with a base ATK of 1,000, and it happens to be both Huge (10x) and Shiny (5x), the final ATK is calculated as:
1,000 (Base) × 10 (Huge) × 5 (Shiny) = 50,000 Final ATK
The Rarity Multiplier Table
While mutations provide massive power boosts, they also come with their own rarity multipliers that make the base slime significantly harder to roll. The exact odds are calculated by multiplying the slime's base odds by the mutation's rarity multiplier.
| Mutation | ATK Multiplier | Estimated Rarity Multiplier |
|---|---|---|
| Big | 2x ATK / HP estimate | 100x rarer |
| Huge | 10x ATK / HP estimate | 1,000x rarer |
| Shiny | 5x ATK / HP estimate | 250x rarer |
| Inverted | 15x ATK / HP estimate | 2,500x rarer |
Note: These are the static rarity multipliers used by this wiki data set. Active Luck, zone bonuses, and events change your effective odds, so always check the Luck Calculator before a focused mutation hunt.
